Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups chopped romaine
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Method
- In a bowl, combine turkey, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt. Mix gently and form into 8 short logs or patties.
